Shipping

We want to get your Salt goodies to you as smoothly as possible, with no fuss. Here’s the lowdown on how we do it.  We use Australia Post eParcel so you know your gear is in good hands.  On some occasions, we need to ship Fins (due to their size) with Startrack Express, also good hands.


Our Shipping Rates 

  • Standard Shipping: $14.99 Flat Rate Chuck whatever you want in your cart, and for most orders, this is all you'll pay for shipping, anywhere in Australia. Too easy!

A Couple of Little Extras...

  • The Heavier / Bigger Stuff (Bulky Items): $10 Surcharge Some of our gear is a bit on the big side.  If an item is marked as 'Bulky' on its product page (Fins, dive weights), there’s an extra $10 surcharge to cover the heavy lifting from our door to yours. This will be added on top of the standard flat rate at checkout.

  • Sending to a PO Box: $10 Surcharge We can get your order to a PO Box or Parcel Locker! Just be aware that AusPost charges us a bit extra for this service and we pass that on.

 

How Long Will It Take?

We're usually pretty quick off the mark and get orders packed and sent within 0-2 business days. Once it's with AusPost/StarTrack, you can generally expect it in:

  • Metro Areas (East Coast): 1 - 4 business days

  • Regional Areas & WA / NT / TAS: 3 - 6 business days

Keep in mind these are just a guide, also things like public holidays or the silly season can sometimes slow things down a bit.

 

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is collected from Salt HQ, we’ll flick you an email with your tracking number. You’ll be able to watch its journey right to your doorstep.
